This team is so fantastic, it's hard to put into words. Jennifer assisted me with the sales pricing strategy. She also provided a contractor to do the upgrades that I was planning to do personally, which lifted a great burden off of me while I was trying to pack up and clear out my house. The staging of my home I know made a very good impression on potential buyers. Once my home went on the market, I was informed by Kayli of the offers she received and provided great advice. The settlement process was just as smooth with Christine who worked with the title company and again, kept me informed so the settlement occurred without a hitch. Buying a home is stressful. Buying a home in this market is stressful. Buying a home during the pandemic is the triple crown of stress. With the help of Jennifer Powell and Kayli Michaels, we did it! When I started the process tentatively in August 2019, I had no idea how quickly the properties would fly off the market!
